What is ink, exactly?

Ink is Composure's usage currency. One dollar of AI compute = 1,000 ink. Every ATLAS conversation, ripple, cascade, and graph entry costs a small amount of ink based on the actual tokens consumed.

Bring your own key

Anthropic · available now On any paid tier, paste your own Anthropic API key in the brand dropdown. Your dropdown shows ∞, and AI calls run on your key — no meter, no Composure rate limits.

Composure validates the key with a tiny test call before saving and keeps it scoped to your account. Remove it any time to fall back to your subscription ink.

Coming after beta Any major provider, plus local models. Out of beta, you'll be able to bring an OpenAI, Google, or other provider key — Composure will route each call to that provider's tier-equivalent model (their Opus-class for deep reasoning, their Sonnet-class for mid-weight, their Haiku-class for fast). You'll also be able to point Composure at a local model (Ollama, LM Studio) for fully self-hosted operation.
